This includes, but is not limited to, use in publications, on the company's website, and across various social media platforms.

By attending the FLA annual awards banquet, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness may be captured and used by FLA for these purposes without further consent or compensation.

If you wish to have your photo or video excluded from potential use, please contact the event organizer before the banquet. Your request will be noted, and efforts will be made to accommodate your preference.
